This book, published by SAMMER, covers work over a period of 18 years and follows the development of the irregular shaped oil paintings from inception. The subject matter for the paintings is my immediate environment and, having lived in many European countries, portray a variety of surroundings; from the faded interiors of northern European houses to the heat of Mediterranean urban landscapes. This chain of thoughts may be a narrow field of investigation but its depth has kept me tied to my easel for more than 20 years.
